You understand and agree to the fact that our service is provided "AS-IS". MidasHost assumes no responsibility for the deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any data.

Hosting Service information:


You get what you pay for, however, we do offer certain extras, usually at extra cost
Should you require more Hard drive space, Bandwidth, emergency overflow bandwidth or extra MySql databases without upgrading your package, you may do this. Each extra costs a specifified amount.
Dedicated IP Address & SSH access is available on request, both carry a small setup charge, and Unique IP's a small monthly cost'

MidasHosting does not allow these on any account:


IRC Equipment, including, but not limited to Proxies, Servers, Bouncers & Bots.
Proxy Servers.
Game Servers. Any page or data which knowingly contains and, or, transfers viruses of any sort.
Any page or data with illegal pornographic content, however legal sites are allowed.
Any page or data which knowingly distributes illegally cracked software.
Mail software that spams any other person.
Failure to comply with any of the above may result in account termination, and possibly fined
Other Information

You and only you are responsible for maintaining the privacy of your account details, If you believe anyone else may have accessed your account, you MUST report it immediatly.
Customers must NOT knowingly place copyrighted material, without gaining proper permission.
MidasHost must conform to UK Law & US Law.
Refunds Policy

We offer a 7 day moneyback gurantee on all orders 3month or under in length. Orders over that period have a 30day money back gurantee. (Money refunded is what you paid, minus 10% if the order has been out more that 10 days)
Should your account be terminated for breaching this Terms of Service, you will recieve no refund at all.
